• All PCM's come back sealed and ready to install
• Please write your vehicles vin, year, make and model on a piece of paper and include it in the box
• We are not responsible for any PCM damage if tabs are already broken etc
• Customer is responsible for all shipping services. Best if a return label is included in the box
